• Eligibility & Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of service completion.
• Process: Submit your request via our Customer Care Form or email support@sdkitsolutions.com.
• Conditions for Refund: We offer either a full refund or service credit at our discretion. Physical products must be returned unused within 30 days.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Non‑Refundable: Custom software, domain/hosting fees, and late-stage work are non-refundable.
